Our production department will check if the item can be made on request and if so, how long it will take. You will receive an e-mail as soon as possible.
After having selected the items in the basket and fulfilled the Country for the delivery, automatically the transport cost will be shown and added to the amount of the requested articles.
For delivery to the countries which are not included in the European Union (UE), the courier UPS will follow all the phases of the import transport and will charge directly to the client the import taxes and any customs duties to be paid.

Your complete satisfaction is important for Villa Delmitia. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, Villa Delmitia can accept the return under the following conditions:
- if the item presents eventual manufacturing defects
- if Villa Delmitia delivers you an item which is not in according with your order (the model, the colour or the size are not corresponding to your order)
Villa Delmitia accepts the claim exclusively for these events – for articles returned by 7 working days from the date in which you received your order - and provide to replace the item or to refund you in case the item will not be available anymore.

· RETURN CONDITIONS
We do not accept returned products unless they are in the same condition in which they were delivered to you. All products sold by Villa Delmitia come with a ticket attached with the article reference. Please do not remove from your item our ticket.

The parcel must be delivered to the courier within 7 working days from the date in which you received your order. Included with your order, you will find the UPS pre-printed label that you can use to ship your returned items to Villa Delmitia. We recommend you to return the goods by this pre-printed label and contact UPS to organize the pick-up.
If you do not find the pre-printed label inside your order, please advise us.
· REFUND
After Villa Delmitia has received your return and verified that all of the conditions have been met, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your return has been accepted.
